Tours potential members through the club and describes the facility, equipment, services, and amenities that tie to their fitness needs and goalsEnsure all guests are registered and entered into the systemCommunicate membership and fitness offers clearly using company-provided toolsSign up guests professionally using company sales techniques and protocolFollow the Membership Agreement Procedure when enrolling members and guestsOn-board new members and assist with retention activities to drive club profitabilityStrive to achieve or exceed personal and team sales goalsGenerate leads from external community outreach and internal programsSet appointments for leads and potential new business opportunitiesCollaborate with the Membership Sales Manager to enhance member experience and retentionEngage members with fitness offerings including personal training, classes, and digital contentMaintain relationships with members, address questions, and connect them with the right resourcesProvide a clean, friendly, well-maintained clubHelp new members become comfortable in the clubMust Haves
