Job descriptionMinimum of 2+ years of experience providing in-person tax preparation services. Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in computer skills and tax preparation software (Drake Tax software experience a plus). Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Competitive salary. 40+ hours per week during tax season (January–April). Comfortable and private office workspace. Free parking and on-site kitchen amenities. Opportunity to work with a high percentage of returning clients. Potential for re-hire in future tax seasons. Enrolled Agent (EA) certification. Valid Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). Experience working with clients face-to-face and drop-off returns.

Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate and timely federal and state tax returns for individuals.
- Conduct client interviews to gather detailed tax information.
- Analyze financial records to identify potential deductions and credits.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the tax preparation process.
- Ensure all returns comply with IRS and state regulations.
