About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mainframe Developer to lead mission-critical initiatives, maintain legacy systems, and drive innovation across our enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM and DB2.
• Lead and oversee the modernization of legacy systems while ensuring business continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and resolve issues.
• Perform detailed impact analysis, develop functional specs, and contribute to high-level architecture.
• Guide and mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.
• Ensure quality and performance through rigorous testing, debugging, and optimization.
• Maintain compliance with enterprise security, auditing, and data privacy standards.
