Job Summary
Summary
Provide oversight training and guidance to the clinical team. May have some research components to the role and may draft a comprehensive IRB document and update it as needed when procedures and personnel are required. Will oversee staff and train them on the department procedures and perform clinical functions within the department. Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of department functions. Ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care by optimizing workflows managing staff performance and facilitating communication between care teams. Works to streamline processes improve patient outcomes and ensure compliance with hospital standards and regulations.
