Freedom Mortgage is looking for a Sales Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the department runs efficiently. This role includes achieving and maintaining departmental goals, resolving problems, and implementing change. The Sales Manager must work in a Freedom Mortgage licensed branch location and notify supervisors of any address changes. Responsibilities include providing leadership, meeting performance standards, communicating company goals, developing team members, participating in training, reporting team performance, managing loan originator staff, monitoring sales results, budgeting, and maintaining a professional image. The position requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree and five years of related experience preferred. Physical demands include sitting, talking, hearing, standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working in a moderate noise environment.
