A company is looking for a Warranty Submission Specialist to manage warranty labor and parts rate increase requests for automotive manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
Review customer pay repair orders in compliance with manufacturer and state law requirements
Calculate average labor rates and parts markups based on qualifying repair orders
Prepare and submit complete filing packages to the manufacturer, ensuring compliance with guidelines and deadlines
Qualifications & Skills Needed
1-2 years of experience in a dealership service department, such as warranty administration or service management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and document preparation
Ability to interpret and follow manufacturer policies and guidelines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
