POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the management, implementation, and
execution of Nixons global digital marketing channels. They must operate with an eager,
entrepreneurial, innovative mindset and cultivate strong connections within the Nixon global
organization.
Working within the DTC team, this role is responsible for maximizing digital marketing channels to
maximize revenue by increasing new customer acquisition and customer retention efforts across the
key regions for Nixon, Australia, North America, and Europe.
The role will collaborate closely within the Nixon DTC / digital marketing teams to achieve or
exceed overall Nixon predetermined digital marketing business objectives.
Key Responsibilities and Priorities :
Position Objectives
1. Execute best-in-class marketing campaign executions & performance through proactive
optimizations and effective campaign management.
2. Develop insights and empower internal teams to understand performance results and opportunities
to key Nixon stakeholders to scale profitably in digital marketing channels.
3. Research and bring fresh ideas and approaches to campaign executions for incremental
improvements and program growth to reach business objectives.
Core Duties
Management and oversight of Nixons marketing efforts on paid social, paid search,
email / SMS / WhatsAPP program and other marketing channels as needed, including but not limited to
affiliate, display, and TikTok Shop.
Manage external partners and agencies that lend strategic guidance and execution for paid media
channels such as affiliate, paid social, paid search, and display
Driving consistent optimization to Nixons email program in the form of improved creative to
drive conversion, expanding automation in the form of triggered emails, constantly thriving to grow
1 : 1 consumer personalized messaging and reporting back to the organization regularly on the
programs output (Whats Working / Whats Not Working).
Oversight of content development for digital marketing assets by briefing in creative requests
into studio, review of proposed assets, approving and overseeing content / copy and ensuring Nixon
standards are achieved.
Ongoing analysis, optimization, and performance monitoring of campaigns across digital marketing
channels, as directed.
Support leveling up the MarTech stack as required to scale the DTC business.
Evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs) daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly to meet or
exceed business objectives.
Organize and plan Global DTC Marketing calendar ensuring progressive marketing strategy
including global alignment and maintaining any changes as well as brief in creative for paid media
to creative.
Lead the development, coordination, and facilitation of approval for Nixons promotional
calendar, ensuring optimized timing, alignment to business objectives, cross-functional visibility,
and consistent execution at a high creative standard.
Act as a key liaison between Digital Marketing and Brand Marketing, partnering closely to drive
cohesive storytelling, ensure brand-level initiatives translate into performance channels, and
maintain alignment on creative priorities, campaign messaging, and strategic focus.
Analyze tactical campaign performance data and identify optimization opportunities, campaign
growth areas, and campaign performance challenges with recommendations.
Work with the internal stakeholders to evaluate, implement and maintain relationships with key
partners across inventory, audience data providers and campaign UX integrations for customized
digital media solutions.
Stay apprised of industry news, platforms and opportunities for Nixon, conversations with
potential marketing vendors.
Assist in the development of Go-to-Market (GTM) plans and scheduling.
Work closely with internal merchandising, creative, development, site operations and customer
service teams to represent marketing initiatives.
Support the management of an internal resource executing on retention campaigns for primarily
Email / SMS.
Key Requirements :
Proven track record of managing DTC campaigns with aggressive ROAS, CAC and growth goals within
positive unit economics.
Experience with cross channel digital marketing programs with a DTC brand.
Experience in the management of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly channel budgets,
performance forecasting, and reconciliation of platform fees.
Ability to analyze and interrupt performance data + business data to develop insights and action
plans to maximize investments that includes identifying variances in performance and proactive
forecasting of results.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in business, marketing, statistics or relevant field
preferred
3+ years of direct response campaign management for a brand or within a digital agency.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, & Facebook / Instagram Ads, ESPs and TikTok shop
management
Understanding of digital marketing ecosystem from direct response digital marketing to creative
brand development
Be a proactive self-starter with strong attention to detail
Technical Skills and Experience
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Experience in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook / Instagram, Klaviyo and Google Analytics
