• https : / / acuity.co / careers / As part of our Team, you will : Lead and manage a team of accountants delivering high-quality accounting services to multiple small businesses.
• Drive communication and performance through the effective use of individual and departmental KPIs.
• Takes corrective action as necessary to meet established goals.
• Provide ongoing support and serve as a point of escalation for technical questions.  Actively engaged in hiring, onboarding, training & mentoring on Acuity delivery methodologies and processes.
• Dedicate 25% of their time towards client services to stay relevant to team processes and technologies.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure team members' process compliance.
• Define standardized accounting processes by creating and maintaining training materials in alignment with other teams.
• Ensure accounting processes and resources meet the client’s needs and expectations.
• Manage the resolution & response of client issues & complaints in a timely manner.
• Implement strategies to improve client outcomes & mitigate client churn.
• Drive progress through the timely completion of quarterly rocks that support the company's strategic initiatives and / or departmental goals.
