VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Ophthalmology.

• End Date : TBD
• Description : Clinic and surgeries, no call. Must be able to do injections. Hours are Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM. Would prefer a provider to work two weeks on and two weeks off. In the first week, would do surgeries and procedures, second week would include follow ups. Busy practice. Looking for a productive provider - no less than 4 clinic patients per hour. Should be able to do 12-14 procedures / surgeries per day. Have two supporting MAs who are very efficient and knowledgeable.
• 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
