Manager, Freight Operations

Job Description

This position will primarily be an outbound shift, Monday–Friday, from 12 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM. Flexibility is required to cover or train on inbound operations as needed, which runs 1 : 00 AM to 11 : 00 AM, Monday–Friday.

Minimum qualifications :

• 4 years of related work experience
• Supervisory or management experience
• Experience in the less-than-truckload (LTL) industry
• Experience with hazardous materials regulations, OSHA and Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations

Freight Operations Managers are required to :

Annual Salary Range : $94,582 to $118,228. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for a sign-on bonus, annual and long-term incentive awards, and an equity buyout award. This is an incentive-based position, which may include bonuses, incentive or commission plans.
