Lync Transportation is a trusted provider of safe, compassionate transportation services throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. We proudly serve students, seniors, and individuals with special needs through our school and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) programs. We are seeking a full-time Transportation Analyst / Dispatcher to support our daily operations, manage routing and scheduling, and ensure safe and efficient service for all passengers.

What Youll Do
Manage the routing and scheduling of students and passengers using a computerized systemPrepare and distribute route information, including special accommodations, to driversMaintain fleet information, vehicle schedules, routing updates, and electronic recordsCommunicate route changes promptly using company systemsAnalyze and revise routes for safety, efficiency, and complianceConduct occasional ride-alongs to verify route accuracy and timingServe as a liaison with parents, school staff, contractors, and the publicMaintain records of mileage, passengers, and expenses for reporting and invoicingDispatch calls to vehicles, monitor on-time performance, and support drivers and attendantsHandle phone and radio traffic, providing real-time solutions to issuesServe as a backup driver when neededWhat Were Looking For
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred3+ years of experience in routing and dispatching (school transportation or medical / non-medical passenger transport preferred)Strong knowledge of Philadelphia and the surrounding counties geographyFamiliarity with PennDOT rules and local / state student transportation policiesExperience with computerized routing and scheduling systemsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsSkilled with two-way radio / dispatch equipment, computers, and telematicsRequirements Before You Start
