Project Manager

Job description :

• Work collaboratively with Project Supervisor (PS) to determine scope, develop project schedule requirements, and coordinate purchasing and installation.
• Lead efforts with design partners to ensure that design timeline and proper scope are incorporated into project documents.
• Establish the Construction Management Plan (CMP) and ensure that PS maintains a safe and healthy work environment on all projects.
• Initiate and develop operational job budget for approval by Project Executive.
• Collaborate with PS to develop initial project schedule and updates.
• Follow established ISO policies and procedures.
• Review and establish priorities with Project Executive.
• Interpret project scope and requirements for subcontractor performance based on project specifications, plans, and drawings.
• Establish logs and track submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), Project Change Orders (PCOs), Owner Change Orders, and Purchase & Delivery (P&D) for long lead items.
• Verify job readiness and coordinate installation of materials with PS for efficient, safe, and timely execution.
• Influence the overall success and profitability of projects positively.
• Collaborate with division personnel to establish and attain goals for developing new methods, techniques, systems, and ideas to improve performance.
• Work directly with PS for material acquisition.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
