Senior Product Manager

Hallmark Digital is one of the driving forces behind the creation and delivery of innovative solutions and experiences for Hallmarks consumers. We are a team dedicated to optimizing sales, merchandising, marketing, data and operations for Hallmark direct to consumer experiences. What This Role Entails And How Youll Contribute

Our Digital Product Managers are responsible for defining and owning the end-to-end product vision for designated products. They collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and translate business use cases into product requirements to create innovative digital experiences that drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of privacy and data capabilities that support Hallmark Retail and Hallmark Media. We aim to build a Consumer Data foundation that enables real-time experiences, with data that's well-managed, easy to govern, and simple to find, understand, and use- designed to evolve with our needs. This role is pivotal in helping us to do so all while ensuring consumer-facing products are compliant with evolving global privacy regulations while enabling scalable, secure, and ethical use of consumer data. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in privacy technologies, data governance frameworks, data ingestion knowledge and cross-functional product collaboration. You will drive the roadmap for privacy enablement and partner across the Business, Legal, Tech, Analytics, and Product teams to embed enterprise data governance and privacy by design into Hallmark's digital ecosystem, while diving into the enterprise consumer data to ensure enablement is aligned to our enterprise data strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Execution
  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for privacy enablement and data governance.
  • Prioritize product features, create epics and user stories, and work with an agile development team to efficiently deliver quality products that align with business goals and drives value.
  • Gather, analyze and use data to define KPIs, drive requirements, to build business cases, and measure product performance.
  • Drive adoption of foundational data tools such as Data Catalogs, Data Maps, and Consent Management Platforms that enable key capabilities such as data quality management, preference and consent management, data enrichment and profiling and identity resolution.
  • Align product initiatives with One Hallmark goals and cross-brand data strategies.
  • Data Governance & Enablement
  • Driving automated governance across the entire data lifecycle- from creation and transformation to publishing and deletion- to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Establishing a strong foundation for Enterprise Data by making it easy to discover, understand, and use through data lineage, classifications, and curated data products.
  • Ensuring transparency for our end consumers while enforcing critical governance processes for third-party data sharing and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Enabling well-managed data and technology through a unified, cross-functional Enterprise Data team, fostering a strong data culture and operational excellence.
  • Explore opportunities to leverage GenAI for data enrichment, intelligent tagging, and automated metadata generation.
  • Privacy & Compliance
  • Lead automation of DSAR workflows, including Right to Access, Right to Delete, and Consent Revocation.
  • Evolve enablement of third-party privacy and governance platforms (e.g., OneTrust, Oval Edge).
  • Ensure product compliance with global privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, CPRA, LGPD, Privacy).
  • Partner with the business, legal, and compliance to translate regulatory requirements into scalable product features.
  • Implement Privacy by Design principles across the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and proactively adjust product capabilities to maintain compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Engagement
  • Champion and develop a connected, agile model that unites Product teams across AdTech, Martech, HMK.com, HCN app, Hallmarkplus.com, H+ App and Enterprise Data teams to deliver privacy-safe, data-driven experiences at scale.
  • Work with delivery and engineering partners in agile ceremonies, prioritize backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact features.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to leadership, stakeholders and cross-functional partners.

Basic Qualifications

The following is required to be considered for this role :

  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on privacy and data platforms
  • Experience enabling privacy-focused products and automating compliance workflows
  • Experience working with privacy regulations and data governance frameworks
  • Experience with tools such as OneTrust, Oval Edge, Teradata warehouses, AWS
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and product development best practices (within JIRA)
  • Preferred Qualifications

    Your resume will stand out if you have :

  • Experience in retail, media, or streaming industries.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), identity resolution, and data instrumentation.
  • Background in enterprise data governance, metadata management, or data quality initiatives.
  • Experience driving privacy enablement in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and lead through ambiguity.

    The salary range for this job is between $127,000 and $145,000. Salary will take into consideration several factors including location.
