IT Support Analyst

SUMMARY

EK Machine is seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. This role will support workstation management, data reporting, and system maintenance across the organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with workstation setup and troubleshooting, SQL query development, and Crystal Reports.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Manage and support workstation hardware and software across departments.
• Perform software installations, updates, and ensure licensing compliance.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
• Create and modify Crystal Reports to support operational and business needs.
• Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT-related issues.
• Document IT procedures and maintain system records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support IT infrastructure and reporting initiatives.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Computer Science, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration. Proficiency in SQL and experience with Crystal Reports. Strong knowledge of workstation hardware / software and basic networking. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently or part of a team.

This position will work onsite.
