A non-profit organization that has served Northeast Florida for over 60 years is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Development to help donors shape their giving and create lasting impact in our community. This is a rare opportunity to guide philanthropy in Northeast Florida-building relationships, stewarding generosity, and turning vision into action.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate, solicit, and steward new and existing fundholders, helping donors open funds and direct their giving
• Provide relationship management and philanthropic services for a portfolio of fundholders
• Respond to donor and advisor inquiries with insight and professionalism
• Prepare and review fund documentation, amendments, and gift planning strategies
• Represent the organization at community and professional events
• Collaborate on marketing, communications, and donor engagement initiatives
• Maintain accurate donor records in Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud
