Bariatric Surgery Technician
Job responsibilities include performing basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision, aiding with movement and placement of patients, assisting patients with personal care and activities of daily living, reporting findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff, and keeping patient rooms clean and maintaining medical equipment.
Requirements include BLS Provider obtained within one month of hire date or job transfer date, and a high school diploma equivalency or one year of applicable cumulative job specific experience. Required professional licensure / certification can be used in lieu of education or experience.
