Job Description

Manage end-to-end K-12 construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress. Oversee procurement, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Foster relationships with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success. Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance team performance.
