Under direct supervision of Transformation Principal, participate Investment Experience Discovery & Learning with tech lead and architect, breakdown features to stories for prototype execution. Lead the application & front-end development to implement Investment Experience prototypes based on solution design from architects and integrate with Pershing platform. Complete NGR assessment for branding, accessibility, and related areas. Collaborate with developer and test engineers for end-to-end solution delivery. Ensure solution follow USAA standards for NFR (accessibility, performance, scalability, etc.) and architecture requirements. Ensure proper test coverage and documentation.

o Participate the technical collaboration with BNY Pershing engineering for system integration and prototype development.

o Participate ISCO Discovery & Learning feature grooming with tech lead and architect, breakdown features to stories for prototype execution.

o Lead the application & front-end development to implement Investment Experience prototypes based on solution design from architects and integrate with Pershing platform.

o Complete NGR assessment for branding, accessibility, and related areas.

o Collaborate with developer and test engineers for end-to-end solution delivery.

o Ensure solution follow USAA standards for NFR (accessibility, performance, scalability, etc.) and architecture requirements. Ensure proper test coverage and documentation.

o Responsible for features on time delivery

o Strong experience with Java / Springboot, Talon / Talon Web and AWS, and Platform Infrastructure.

o Strong experience with React, CSS, and mobile application design & development.

o Experience / knowledge with MSR, E-Sign, Digital Exp, CFO apps are highly desirable.

o Prior experience with Investment Solutions is highly desirable.

o Prior experience with BNY / Pershing platform or its API is highly desirable.
