IT Business Analyst III

A client of Innova Solutions is hiring for an IT Business Analyst .

Position type : Full time - Contract

Duration : 12+ Months

Location : Atlanta, GA

As an IT Business Analyst , you will :

• Define skills for formulating and defining system scope using information technology and industry knowledge / requirements, based on both user needs and a good understanding of information technology, business processes, and industry requirements.
• Identify responsibilities ranging from assisting, formulating and defining systems scope and objectives to self-directed activities that result in client’s long-term improvements in business processes.
• Provide BU Support, resolving issues not requiring extensive business / system knowledge.
• Communicate incident status / clarify issues with business partner.
• Be responsible for a liaison role between the business and IT services providers to ensure functional specs are understood and they have what they need to develop their tech specs.
• Analyze issues to be solved within an enterprise and helps provide solutions to meet the desired business outcomes through the use of IT responsibilities to facilitate the events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value.
• Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.
• Facilitate processes and execution, respectively.
• Escalate impediments, manage risk, help ensure value delivery, and help drive relentless improvement.
• Participate in the Lean-Agile transformation, coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in the new processes and mindsets.
