Job descriptionDesign & Draft with Precision Independently support the design of building automation systems using Delta Controls Produce sharp, detailed wiring diagrams, floor plans, and as-builts Integrate innovative, energy-saving strategies into every system design Estimate & Analyze with Confidence Assist in preparing competitive budgets and energy utilization calculations Support design / build proposals that highlight clear, winning strategies Communicate & Collaborate with Purpose Engage assertively with customers to gather technical requirements Confidently communicate design concepts and system benefits Work closely with account managers to develop strong, competitive proposals Learn & Grow with Determination Own your growth — master Delta Controls, BACnet, system optimization Collaborate with experienced mentors to tackle increasingly complex projects What We’re Looking For Decisive, enthusiastic, verbal, persuasive, and competitive in problem-solving Self-assured, innovative, open-minded, and eager for change Detailed, dutiful, adaptable, and driven to achieve top-tier results Loyal and committed to the success of their team and customers - Driven and big picture oriented Required background : Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) 2+ years of experience in HVAC, controls, or BAS design Basic understanding of DDC, electrical, and pneumatic systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with a relentless attention to detail Preferred Qualifications LEED GA / AP Certification Certified Energy Manager (CEM) PE License or ASHRAE Membership Perks & Benefits Competitive salary with real growth potential Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Employer-paid Life Insurance 3 weeks PTO annually 401(k) with company match Healthcare & Dependent Care FSA Why Join Setpoint Systems?
