Associate Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception to resolution.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and occasional trials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests / responses, and legal memoranda.
• Communicate effectively with clients, claims representatives, and opposing counsel.
• Provide strategic recommendations on case handling and settlement evaluations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex litigation matters.
