Accountant – AR & Billing

Location :  On-site (Near Lakewood)

Job Type :  Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire

Pay Rate :  $30 - $33 per hour

About the Role :

We’re seeking an experienced  Accountant with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Billing  to join a growing company on a temp-to-hire or direct-hire basis. This is an  on-site role  with hands-on responsibility for  complex invoicing, reconciliations, collections, and customer follow-up . The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and advanced Excel capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage  high-volume, detailed billing and invoicing  processes accurately and efficiently
• Handle  collections  and follow up with customers on outstanding balances
• Perform  account reconciliations  and assist with month-end close tasks
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and accounting  teams to ensure billing accuracy
• Support  audit preparation  and respond to billing-related inquiries
• Work daily in  Google Sheets , applying advanced Excel skills to billing scenarios
