About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join its senior leadership team. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least ten years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations. This experience must include a minimum of five years in a senior or executive-level position with direct accountability for multi-site clinic operations, administrative oversight, strategic planning, and organizational performance. The COO will play a critical role in the company's continued success and growth, and as such, the role demands a professional with high integrity, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to the values of the organization.
