Associate IT Systems Engineer

A company is looking for an Associate IT Systems Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Complete, resolve, and update support tickets via email, phone, or Slack

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues, and replace defective assets as needed

Onboard and offboard employees following documented procedures

Required Qualifications

2+ years of helpdesk experience

Experience with Microsoft 365 administration including Azure AD and Intune

Working knowledge of Apple MacOS and Macbook operation

Experience with networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management

Familiarity with IT ticketing systems
