As an In-Home Sales Consultant, your day starts by visiting clients' homes to understand their unique needs. You'll use your expertise to create custom organization solutions that balance functionality with beauty. Whether presenting to architects and designers or following up with happy clients, you're the trusted expert guiding them through the process. Back at the showroom, you refine layouts, finalize material selections, and ensure every project exceeds expectations.

TO JOIN OUR CONSULTING TEAM, YOU WILL NEED:

• 3+ years of sales experience with a proven record of success

• Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients over the phone and in person

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about home organization

• Preferred: Experience in B2C sales, custom work, or related fields
