Senior Credit Analyst

The Senior Credit Analyst, reporting to the Credit Manager, will be responsible for :

• Investigating and resolving customer deductions. Providing necessary proof of delivery, invoice, and packing information to dispute short payments in a timely manner. Identify and propose corrective steps to avoid future chargebacks.
• Developing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with assigned customers, as well as internal departments.
• Reporting and tracking aged receivables promptly and consistently for assigned customer accounts. Proactively managing due invoices, processing credit notes, and evaluating customer credit limit.
• Account reconciliation and submission of offsets / write-offs as needed to resolve open items on account.
• Review all unapplied cash on account and submit for application.
• Adherence to all departmental internal controls while reviewing an account for order release
• Assisting with any other additional responsibilities for reporting and audits as needed

Qualifications :

Compensation Range : Base Salary up to $65,000.00 per year contingent upon experience.
