Systems Analyst I

Compass Point is looking for a Systems Analyst to support USSOCOM at Fort Benning, GA. The role is part of an IT Service Management process for mission-critical applications across several networks. Candidates must have an active DoD Secret clearance, DoDM 8570 IAT Level II certification, and experience with SIE / USSOCOM enterprise IT, ITIL, and related domains. Responsibilities

• Apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.
• Plan and lead major technology assignments.
• Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth.
• Function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
• Supervise others and interface with end-users to provide hardware, software, network, and application problem resolution.
• Work rotating shift schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
