Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced candidate to manage and enhance procurement solutions tailored to retail operations. This role requires strong expertise in SAP Ariba modules and integration with SAP S / 4HANA, ensuring seamless procurement processes across merchandising, store operations, and supply chain teams.

Must-Have

Lead the enhancement and support of SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance modules for retail procurement needs.

Collaborate with merchandising, store operations, and supply chain teams to gather requirements and deliver procurement solutions aligned with retail business cycles.

Design and manage integration between SAP Ariba and SAP S / 4HANA, ensuring accurate data flow for purchase orders, invoices, and supplier catalogs.

Support retail-specific procurement workflows, including seasonal buying, vendor onboarding, and promotional purchasing.

Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supplier performance.

Ensure compliance with retail procurement policies and maintain audit readiness.

Provide training and support to procurement users across corporate and store-level operations.

Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to minimize disruptions in retail operations.

Good-to-Have

Familiarity with retail merchandising systems, store-level procurement, and vendor compliance.

Experience with Ariba Guided Buying, supplier enablement, and catalog management in a retail context.

Knowledge of retail supply chain operations, seasonal procurement cycles, and promotional buying.

Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional retail environments.
