Job Title : Administrative Assistant
\n Location : Onsite – Studio D, Redmond, WA
\n Duration : 7 Months (Possible for an extension after the budget)
\nWork Schedule : Monday–Friday, 40 hours / week (no overtime)
\nPay Rate Range : $25 to $28 / hour

\n Position Summary
\nThe Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to multiple teams within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This role ensures efficient day-to-day operations through effective scheduling, coordination, and process management.

\n Key Responsibilities
\n Administrative & Operational Support
\n\n \n\t
- Provide general administrative support for multiple teams or departments.\n\t
- Manage calendars (primarily backup support), coordinate meetings, and prepare agendas.\n\t
- Organize and support team events, department operations, and special projects.\n
\n Travel, Expense & Procurement Management \n\n \n\t
Coordinate travel arrangements and process business expenses.\n\tManage procurement of goods and services such as office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.\n\tSupport facility purchasing, space planning, and office logistics.\n\n Policy, Process & Compliance \n\n \n\t
Enforce and uphold department policies and procedures.\n\tSupport financial operations, personnel processes, and administrative compliance activities.\n\n Cross-Organizational Coordination \n\n \n\t
Provide administrative help across multiple teams to ensure smooth collaboration and operational alignment.\n\n Physical Support \n\n \n\t
Perform light physical tasks such as lifting items up to 20 lbs and managing office setups as needed.\n\n
\n Required Skills & Qualifications \n\n \n\t
Experience : 3–5+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.\n\tTechnical Skills : \n\t \n\t\tProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) – 3–5 years.\n\t\tExperience with Travel & Expense Management systems (e.g., Concur) – 2–3 years.\n\t\tKnowledge of Procurement & Office Operations (supplies, vendor coordination, space planning) – 2–3 years.\n\t\n\t\n\t
