Group Admin Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Group Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support for a large organization. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in the administrative field while working within a collaborative and supportive team environment. Responsibilities include providing general administrative support primarily for a group of 3000 people, including coordinating meetings and events, managing department financial and personnel operations, and overseeing facility purchasing and operations. Complete special projects as assigned, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Coordinate travel arrangements for the team as needed. Enforce and uphold policies and procedures of the defined teams. Manage space and equipment for new hires and ensure effective space management across the organization. Serve as a point of contact for vendor requests and onboarding items.
Essential Skills include minimum 3-4 years of experience in group administration and team support for large teams. Experience with space management for at least 2 years. Proven professional administrative experience of 3-4 years. Strong communication and project management skills. Ability to efficiently handle multiple ad hoc requests and prioritize them effectively. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Additional Skills & Qualifications include experience in a large tech company, ability to take ownership of projects and execute them efficiently, and strong organizational skills and ability to relate well with diverse individuals.
Work Environment is fully onsite, 5 days a week, at the Redmond, WA campus. The role is in a large, fast-paced professional office setting. Standard equipment such as a laptop, mouse, headset, and monitor will be provided by the supplier. The team is close-knit and values collaboration and mutual support.
Job Type & Location is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington. Pay and Benefits range from $28.00 - $32.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
