We are now looking for a Regional Private Dining & Events Sales Manager at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants.

Based in the Boston Area, The Regional Private Dining & Events Sales Manager will play a key role in delivering the Gordon Ramsay Restaurants standard of exceptional hospitality and unforgettable guest experiences.

This position oversees private dining sales and event operations across assigned locations, driving revenue through proactive client / guest engagement, strategic upselling, and exceptional service delivery.

The role focuses on understanding client / guest needs, exceeding expectations, and fostering lasting relationships that lead to repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide elevated levels of fast, friendly, professional, and responsive service to the client and team.
  • Maintains extensive knowledge of all food and beverage products according to the Gordon Ramsay standard.
  • Embodies the company’s values of Quality, Integrity, Hard Work, and Family Values ensuring a work environment based upon hospitality and service excellence.
  • Builds genuine and authentic connections with every guest.
  • Manages proactive and reactive sales – manages overall sales process and guest communication from initial inquiry to finalized Banquet Event Order (BEO) & Contract.
  • Works closely with Operations team to provide exceptional culinary experiences and manage proper procedures with guest concerns.
  • Drive business development initiatives by nurturing partnerships, generating leads, and promoting Gordon Ramsay Restaurant locations and Private Dining Spaces.
  • Maintain ongoing client & guest relationships, ensuring consistent communication before, during, and after events to enhance satisfaction and encourage future bookings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets, demonstrating a results-driven approach while maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Leads BEO communication, sends confirmations and updates, and ensures that BEOs are communicated clearly to Operations and Culinary.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling, booking, and executing events ideally within a multi-site premium restaurant or hospitality business
  • Based in the Boston Area with the availability to travel out of state to the other Gordon Ramsay Restaurant locations.
  • Sales driven and possesses excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Service oriented with excellent customer service and critical thinking skills.
  • Requires schedule flexibility which will include nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must maintain a clean, professional, and well-groomed appearance in accordance with company standards.
  • Strong computer skills. Familiar with Microsoft Office and POS systems - Tripleseat experience a plus.
  • Able to prioritize tasks, solve problems, build long-lasting relationships, and create positive outcomes.
