Job description
A company is looking for a Corporate Filing Support professional to manage and ensure accurate filings for IRS and compliance submissions.
Key Responsibilities
Retrieve and upload required or missing filing documentation into company software
Keep client files up to date by documenting client interactions and documentation
Communicate clearly with the filings team and answer client inquiries regarding corporate filing requirements
Required Qualifications
Self-motivated and quick learner
Knowledge of computers and ability to navigate online systems
Collaborative and coachable
Strong customer service skills
Ability to manage and submit IRS and compliance filings
