The Assistant Director of the Registrar's Office at Bucks County Community College supports the daily operations of registration, academic records, and enrollment services, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and student-centered service. Working closely with the Associate Registrar, this role oversees key processes such as enrollment verification, midterm grading, and special program registration, while ensuring compliance with FERPA and institutional policies. The Assistant Director also supervises one Specialized Support staff member and helps maintain efficient, responsive service across all student communication channels.

This position is based on-site at Bucks County Community College and requires regular interaction with students, faculty, and staff. Some evening or weekend hours may be required during peak registration periods or college events.
Hourly Range
$55,660 - $68,000 (commensurate with experience)
