Job Responsibilities : Approximately 60-70% of your sales will come from hand-fed referrals from our business partners, who are *literally* invested in your success.
This opportunity provides a great combination of warm leads coming your way, and outside prospecting to build additional clientele.
The responsibilities below will lead you to success :
- tMaintain a growth-mindset for your branch and for Comma Insurance as a whole.
- tDevelop and execute marketing strategies for new insurance contracts, including the personal lines of home, umbrella, life, and automotive and customize programs to cover client risks.
- tCultivate prospective new business through cold calls, emails, referrals, and networking in addition to the warm referrals you’re guaranteed.
- tFollow Comma's Mission & Culture statement.
- tExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including a focus on listening.
- tAbility to use organizational skills to accomplish tasks and goals.
- tAbility to work within various technological tools software, devices, etc.
- tInterested in professional and personal growth.
- tMaintain Property & Casualty insurance licenses (this will be expected but not required for hiring).
