Job Responsibilities: Approximately 60-70% of your sales will come from hand-fed referrals from our business partners, who are *literally* invested in your success. This opportunity provides a great combination of warm leads coming your way, and outside prospecting to build additional clientele. The responsibilities below will lead you to success:•\tMaintain a growth-mindset for your branch and for Comma Insurance as a whole.
•\tDevelop and execute marketing strategies for new insurance contracts, including the personal lines of home, umbrella, life, and automotive and customize programs to cover client risks.
•\tCultivate prospective new business through cold calls, emails, referrals, and networking in addition to the warm referrals you’re guaranteed.
•\tFollow Comma's Mission & Culture statement.
•\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including a focus on listening.
•\tAbility to use organizational skills to accomplish tasks and goals.
•\tAbility to work within various technological tools – software, devices, etc.
•\tInterested in professional and personal growth.
•\tMaintain Property & Casualty insurance licenses (this will be expected but not required for hiring).
