Location

This role offers remote flexibility but requires 50%+ travel to meet with prospects, clients, and internal team members. Our ideal candidate will reside in the Eastern or Central United States, preferably near one of our corporate office locations.

Primary Purpose Of Position

The Business Development Manager (BDM) for Transactional Solutions at Constellation manages solution sales, acquires new business, and supports commodity BDMs' customer needs by focusing on efficiency and volume.

Primary Duties And Accountabilities

• Position solutions effectively to promote energy products and services to customers and partners.
• Manage sales and customer relationships to drive retention, build pipeline, and close deals.
• Develop and maintain channel partnerships through superior service and timely responses.
• Support team goals and values by collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and managing transaction pipelines.
