The Role We're hiring a Staff Product Designer, the Founding Designer of this new team, to help design the next generation of financial software : AI-native, autonomous, and radically user-centric. You'll partner closely with engineering and product leadership to go from zero to one : from strategic concepts through to high-fidelity execution.

This role is 60-40 UI to UX, and we want someone with exceptional visual / UI craft who has proven they can design thoughtful, usable workflows.

As our first designer for this newly created product, you'll shape not just the product itself, but the design culture, principles, and direction of this journey.

What You'll Do

• Define and drive the product design vision - from the first sketch to live product
• Invent new interaction paradigms for a world where AI agents do the work, and humans supervise and steer
• Work hand-in-hand with product and engineering to rapidly explore, prototype, and iterate
• Balance broad strategic thinking with hands-on execution in Figma, Lovable, and other vibe-coding tools
• Translate complex financial workflows into elegant, approachable experiences
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap, and customer validation
