Banking Center Specialist

STATUS :

Non-exempt, full-time, 40 hours per week

DEPARTMENT : Banking Services LOCATION : Goleta , CA

Job Summary and Scope of Responsibility :

Perform various functions in support of branch operations and assist clients with new accounts, consumer / small business lending applications, branch services and account transactions.

Essential Functions : With or without reasonable accommodation must be able to perform all essential job functions as described below.

• Assist clients with account transactions and inquiries, wire transfer requests and related currency, including domestic / foreign currency exchange / sales orders, or account transactions.
• Monitor, maintain custody of, and balance drawer cash and coin.
• Complete required reports to document cash or negotiable instruments pursuant to regulatory requirements.
• Update and close consumer checking / savings accounts and safe deposit boxes.
• Assist clients with the completion of fraudulent activity dispute forms.
• Review ATM deposits to identify potential risks. Initiate a hold or other appropriate action.
