Orientation is bi-weekly.

This is a 225-bed specialty care hospital with services including Heart & Vascular Institute, Cancer Center, Brain & Spine, Rehabilitation, Behavioral Health, Digestive Health, Bariatric Medicine & Weight Management, Women's Health, and Pediatrics.

It provides the region's premier imaging, surgery, and laboratory services.

The facility is located in the central region of Michigan's upper peninsula, which is the largest community in the peninsula.

It is home to a university and offers various community amenities.

This position requires adherence to attendance policies.

A formal warning will be issued following a second absence, and termination may occur after a third absence unless prior agreement is made.
