Title : Scrum Master - Level 3

Status : Top Secret / SCI

In this role, your responsibilities include :

■ Facilitate all team level events (PI Planning Team Breakouts, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Feature Elaboration, Sprint Review & Retro)

■ Provides timely and accurate reporting of impediments, blockers, and risks to their Release Train Engineer

■ Work with Release Train Engineer to set performance and growth targets for their teams

■ Guides mentoring and development of agile team members

■ Participate in Scrum of Scrums, Inspect and Adapt, and any ad hoc sessions called by RTE or Agile Coach

■ Responsible for coordinating cross-team collaboration and dependencies and reporting them to the RTE

■ Ensures teamwork, progress, and artifacts are transparent to all designated stakeholders

Required Skills

■ Familiar with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

■ Able to effectively communicate across all levels of the program

■ Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum workflow and Kanban

■ Strong problem solving and analytical skills

■ Ability to lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies

○ Desired Skills (not required) :

■ SAFe Scrum Master certification

■ Jira - issue tracking and agile project management, or similar tool

■ Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams

■ Familiar with Agile project tools Verison1 / Agility or Jira
