Virginia Licensed Lead Teacher

A company is looking for a Lead Teacher to support instructional excellence in a virtual learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard new teachers and provide pre-planning training

Support and mentor a team of teachers in instructional delivery and student engagement

Collaborate with school leadership on instructional planning and data analysis

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Valid teaching certification

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a virtual setting

Demonstrated leadership experience, such as mentor teacher or instructional coach
