Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator performs administrative responsibilities for the project teams under close supervision.

• Provides overall administrative support to the Project Managers
• Assists the Project Engineer with log maintenance
• Attends and documents project meetings.
• Assists Superintendents as requested
• Assists the Project Manager / Project Engineers with monthly report production
• Assists Project Manager / Superintendent with safety statistics monthly report
• Assists Project Manager / Project Engineer in the documentation of punch listing process
• Coordinates reproduction of contract documents, submittals, and blueprinting requests.
• Maintains the project filing system including Sharepoint / Microsoft Teams and Procore.
• Assists with other responsibilities as determined by the Project Executive / Project Manager
• Ensure continuity with all client deliverables and communications.

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and / or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.

For Minnesota, this ranges from $61,100 - $76,400 plus benefits and retirement program.
