We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and reliable individual to fill the Catering Lead role. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a focus on efficient order coordination and team leadership. As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless catering operations, maintaining inventory, and leading staff to deliver high-quality service. We seek someone who is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks at once, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Catering Lead role varies day to day. You may be responsible for any of the following duties on any certain day.

Duties : (full list of mixed duties)

Organize and track catering orders (time, date, address) using a whiteboard and calendar.

Collaborate with GM on store par levels and inventory needs.

Maintain open availability and communicate days off with GM.

Lead staff in executing orders with urgency and initiative.
