A company is looking for a Claims Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the litigation process for claims to minimize company risk of loss

Analyze coverage issues, conduct investigations, and evaluate moderately complex claims

Prepare and draft legal correspondence and maintain claim files

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) degree or equivalent education / experience

Required licensure to practice law in applicable state jurisdiction(s)

2 years of relevant legal and / or professional experience in insurance claims
