How You'll Make a Difference

You will use your knowledge and experience with architecting distributed enterprise technical solutions. Leading teams and collaborating effectively with solution architects and technical leads in the development of enterprise application architecture and related technical needs and integrations.

Leading the design and development of shared software components, APIs, and technical implementation patterns. Analyzing business, technical, infrastructure and architectural requirements, as well as identifies inconsistencies, assumptions, and critical elements to evolve solutions.

Impacting not only Technical Architecture work but also may impact other Digital Solutions areas aspects.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in application development, technology or related field. Equivalent work experience maybe considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience in architecting distributed enterprise technical solutions using Microsoft technologies.
  • Minimum of 10 years working on a development team in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to lead staff and external service providers in the design and build of shared technology components.
  • Experience and knowledge to lead and collaborate effectively with solution architect and technical leads in the development of a practical Enterprise application architecture.
  • Experience establishing and guiding others in documenting standards, guidelines, best practices, and architecture diagramming.
  • Ability to design enterprise solutions by synthesizing a combination of business, technical, operational needs into a sound application architecture to address these needs.
  • Ability to develop and lead efforts to migrate legacy systems and architectures to a desired future state architecture.
  • Experience establishing and managing expectations with business, executive and customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience of working in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and negotiation skill
  • Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English)
