The senior program manager is responsible for leading large, complex workforce initiatives and virtual teams through the full lifecycle of project management, from discovery through implementation and business value delivery.
They will provide program leadership, thought partnership, analysis, and strategic decision-making support to initiative sponsors and teams to ensure sustainable and scalable user-centric solutions are developed and implemented to successfully realize business outcomes and drive change.
The senior program manager will employ a flexible and disciplined approach to lead large, complex initiatives, enabling project teams to consistently achieve big outcomes in support of our workforce strategy.
The senior program manager is a strategic individual contributor ensuring we successfully focus and activate the organization to solve our most complex people challenges and accelerate business outcomes in support of the Mission and growth.

Required qualifications :
- Upon hire : PHR, SHRM CP, SPHR or SHRM-SCP Certification
- 6 years Professional experience with HR, program or project management, project strategy and implementation background.
- Demonstrated experience with independent decision making, complex facilitation, agile project management, change management, mentoring, developing and delivering training.
Preferred qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration or related
- Experience in a large, geographically dispersed, multi-state organization.
- Upon hire : PMP or ACP Certification
