PositionSummary :
Performsdiagnostic testing on patient samples to aid physicians in thediagnosis and / or monitoring of various disease states.
Performs anyother task as assigned byManagement.
Shift : Nights 1012 hoursshift.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in medical laboratory science OR Bachelor s degree in achemical physical biological science OR Associate s degree inanother discipline with documented chemistry and biology hours thatsatisfy CLIA requirements for high complexity testingpersonnel.
- Certifications : BLS required uponhire.
- 1year as MTrequired.
- MedicalLaboratory Scientist certification by ASCP or AMT or HEW(MT) orequivalent certification is required within one year from date ofhire.
Training / Certification prior to 1988 Certification program orMilitary training ASCP or HEW certification isaccepted.
