Senior Lead Product Manager

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager on the Loyalty & Rewards Team as part of Cards & Merchant Services. This role will play a critical part in shaping strategic decisions across the Card organization, with an emphasis on modernizing cash redemption capabilities and improving transparency in product delivery. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator and influencer, skilled at engaging senior stakeholders and executive leadership. They will drive the evolution of our cash redemption offerings by aligning priorities, uncovering actionable insights, and delivering compelling presentations that inform decisions and accelerate change.

In this role, you will :

• Analyze customer and market data to identify and prioritize reward redemption expansion opportunities, with an emphasis on cash redemption features
• Support rationalization of current cash redemption options to identify simplification and expansion opportunities
• Lead initiatives that optimize and expand cash redemption options, ensuring a seamless experience for customers while aligning with overall loyalty strategy
• Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs
• Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex and diverse products and services
• Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywide
• Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management
• Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for diverse product lines
• Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships
• Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide
• Serve as an adept advisor to leadership
