The PACE (Product Assembly Configuration Engine) team & capability is part of Enterprise Platforms playing a key role in the definition, management & development of the Product definition for New Card Products, product refreshes, and product domain initiatives that help grow revenue, deepen customer engagement and increase member value. The team drives the development of products and software that deliver on business growth while increasing speed to market and modernizing product definition across the Enterprise. The team is also responsible for enhancing customer experience through development and enhancement of UX capabilities to provide ease of use for product assembly and configuration.
The PACE team is looking for a talented and driven Senior Manager Digital Product Management / Owner role to lead the transformation of product definition, and Enterprise adoption through leveraging our POA capabilities globally. This role will lead Product Discovery, understanding the 'who', 'why', 'what' in collaboration with a multitude of cross functional product, business, and engineering stakeholders to define requirements, strategy, and ensure there are clear & measurable outcomes to enable Enterprise alignment to our strategy. We are looking for someone with great business acumen, a love of technology, and strong agile product management skills. You will be working with our local markets, to understand and support the definition and documentation of the Roadmap, Product Vision, mapping features / stories to the needs of the business and ensuring product delivery meets the business need. You will work with one or more scrum teams, align with other Product Owners / Managers, Project Managers, and Engineers across the globe to prioritize the backlog, develop user stories, and collaborate to deliver on product domain initiatives.

TWA - Salary Range : AXP employees will maintain their current salary and be eligible for a completion bonus at the end of the temporary work assignment. The completion bonus is up to 5% base salary for laterals in band and up to 10% base salary for stretch assignments. The completion bonus amount will also be pro-rated to reflect the length of the assignment. The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
