Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support the Financial Manager in executing the Federal Independent Dispute Resolution Entity (IDRE) review process.

Key Responsibilities

Support tracking and reconciliation of case reviews / disputes, ensuring timely and accurate processing

Assist in developing workflows, templates, and documentation tools for the review process

Conduct research to ensure compliance with the Federal IDR process and audit the IDR process for data accuracy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1-3 years of experience or equivalent education and experience

1-3 years' experience in medical billing, claims, appeals, coding, or insurance verification, with a preference for financial and revenue cycle analysis

Strong analytical and organizational abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

Ability to work independently with minimal direction
