The Position Proposition :

Primoris Power Delivery is seeking a Training Specialist to join our dynamic team in the Denton, TX area. He or she will work closely with Operations, Safety, Human Resources, Customers, sub-contractors, fleet, and other various organizations to insure clear and precise communication and adhere to all policies, safety rules, and work requirements for this position. Ensure that company employees adhere to all safety practices, policies, code of conduct in a professional manner. Ensure all equipment, tools, personal protective equipment (PPE) is in excellent working condition and inspect as required by Primoris Service Corporation (PSC) requirements.

This person must contribute to all training content development related to operational needs. Organize, schedule, and facilitate training for New Hire Orientation (NHO), annual or compliance training for existing employees, customer or job-specific training requirements, implementation of new training initiatives, and / or changes to current training processes or procedures.

This role will be hybrid in the Odessa, TX area.

As a Training Specialist for PSC, the incumbent will administer :

Assist in multiple training events in a corporate or community-based setting utilizing traditional or modern job training.
